2026 Oconto County Youth Fair, Inc

August 26-30, 2026 Gillett, Wisconsin

• This agreement is entered into and between the Oconto County Youth Fair, Inc. hereafter referred to as the Fair, and the commercial exhibitor hereafter referred to as the Exhibitor.
• The Fair agrees to provide the Exhibitor space on the Fairgrounds during the Oconto County Youth Fair, for the purpose of exhibiting commercial goods, services or providing information to fair attendees.
• The Exhibitor agrees to pay the rental fee for the space provided and to abide by all provisions of this contract.
• An indoor and tent commercial space rental includes two parking passes, one folding table and chair. Additional parking passes will need to be purchased at the Fair Office.
• While the Fair will exercise all reasonable efforts to secure commercial exhibits it will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Exhibitor’s display or property. Commercial exhibits are displayed entirely at the risk of the Exhibitor.
• The Fair cannot be held liable for any injury to Exhibitor’s employees or Fair guests visiting commercial exhibits.
• Commercial solicitation and sales on the Fairgrounds during the fair is limited to the confines of each exhibitor’s commercial exhibit space. Exhibitors are not allowed to pass out literature or solicit in any location other than their assigned area. If Exhibitor is having a raffle, selling tickets for prizes and or selling merchandise a valid sellers permit is needed.  Without a valid sellers permit you may not engage in the activity above.
• Commercial exhibits must be set up between the hours of 8am and 8pm on Wednesday of the fair. ABSOLUTLY NOTHING CAN BE TACKED, STAPELED OR NAILED TO THE WALLS.  Sticky putty can be used.
• Commercial exhibits are expected to remain in place until 5pm Sunday evening for the convenience of Fair visitors. The Fair would appreciate it if you would PLEASE keep your booth up until then
• Displays must not obstruct neighboring displays or walkways.
• The Exhibitor agrees to leave the Fair premises and property covered by this contract in the same condition as when they took possession and further agrees to reimburse the Fair for any damage or loss for Fair property.
• In the event it becomes necessary for the Exhibitor to cancel this contract, a full refund will be made if the Fair Board receives the cancellation by August 1. After August 1, refunds will not be made nor will refunds be made for no shows. Contact: ocontocountyyouthfair@gmail.com
• Possession or consumption of liquor is prohibited in the commercial exhibit space.
• This contract may not be transferred or assigned without the written consent of the Fair.
• All rules, regulations, ordinances and laws of the State of Wisconsin, Oconto County, The City of Gillett and The Oconto County Youth Fair Inc. must be adhered to.
• In recognition of the family orientation of the Oconto County Youth Fair Inc. The Fair reserves the right to regulate and limit materials for display that, in the opinion of the Fair, may be considered objectionable.
• Exhibitors of the previous Fair will be given first chance to reserve the space they used. After the reservation deadline, space not reserved will be made available to new Exhibitors.
• Exhibitor must provide a Certificate of Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 liability coverage that names the Oconto County Youth Fair, Inc. as the certificate holder. Certificate is to be returned with the signed contract and rental fee.  Exhibitors who do not have or cannot obtain a liability insurance a rider can be purchased through the Fair, for $125.00 to meet this requirement.

Commercial Exhibitor Information

Set Up-Hours: Wednesday of the Fair between 8am and 8pm

Exhibit Building Hours: Thursday: 1pm to 9:30pm

                                      Friday:     9am to 9:30pm

                                      Saturday:  9am to 9:30pm

                                      Sunday:    9am to 5pm

Rental Fee:             Inside Space:   $165.00 per 8 x 8 ft. space

                                     Tent    Space:   $150.00 per 10ft x 8ft space

                                     Outside Space: $5.00 per frontage foot with a minimum of 8 feet required. 

                                     Outside exhibitors must furnish their own shelter.

                                      Electrical Service can be provided to outside space if requested

                                      in advance of the Fair.  Please indicate the need for service on the

                                      Contract.

All payments are due by June 1, 2026 to secure the same exhibit space.  If payment is not received along with seller’s permit, signed contract and insurance, your space will be given out on a first come first serve basis.
