Dear Friend of the Oconto County Fair,

This year we bring you new opportunities to support the Oconto County Youth Fair! The Oconto County Fair is one of the largest community events in the county each year. Each day during the fair, over 1,000 attendees visit the fairgrounds for free family fun! In addition to the attendees, the fair supports the residents of our great county with countless educational and social opportunities for all
ages! Junior and open class exhibitors work year-round to prepare their outstanding exhibits! 

And YOU have the chance to support this amazing event and the exhibitors’ hard work! Enclosed is information about how you or your business can help! You may know that we are unable to charge admission to our fair. As a result, we must find creative ways to support the operational expenses. Your support makes a real difference at our fair. And we couldn’t do it without you!

In addition to being a sponsor of our fair, we would love if you would plan to join us in 2023! The Fair will be held at Zippel Park in Gillett on August 19th & August 24th – 27th. Come and experience the animal shows, the exceptional entries in the exhibit building, local vendors, delicious food, and go on some rides at the carnival! Or plan to attend one of the grandstand shows including Truck Pull, Tractor Pull, Horse Pull and Ag Olympics!

Our annual Sale of Champions will be Sunday, August 30th at noon! Our junior exhibitors are so grateful to the buyers that support their projects and their futures by bidding and buying at our auction! Have you considering buying at the Sale of Champions but the final price is outside your budget, please consider sponsoring in the amount that would be able to spend at the Sale of Champions?

We strive to develop a program that brings Oconto County residents and visitors together to share experiences as well as recognize and celebrate the talents and skills of Oconto County youth, adults, organizations, and businesses; and to have fun. We focus on the goal of advancing knowledge of Oconto County history, people, culture, and traditions.
