Junior Exhibitor Information

  • All entries and/or changes for Junior Fair exhibitors will close on July 1st.
  • If you miss this deadline, Junior exhibitors must look at the Junior Open exhibitors page and review the entry information in the Junior Open Division.
  • Only Junior Fair exhibitors enrolled in an "Approved" youth group are allowed to exhibit in the Junior Division at the fair.

Special Entry Information:

  • Youth showing in the Junior Division need to choose “junior” and their youth organization from the drop down.  Youth showing in the Junior Open Division need to choose “open” for the division type.
  • Youth showing in the Junior Division can only submit entries in departments for their enrolled project areas through 4-H, FFA, Scouts or other approved youth organizations. 
  • Market Animal Exhibitors: YQCA is required for youth showing in market classes.  Please upload your certificate of completion under the “Edit Account” tab.  Just click on the red “File Upload” button towards the bottom of the page.  Click here to visit YQCA Site
  • Swine Exhibitors: Swine entries must include two pictures of their market hogs, one facing forward with a tag clearly visible and readable and one full side view.  The pictures can be uploaded by clicking the red “File Upload” button before saving the entry. 
  • Department 32 Club Booths: The group leader must submit the entry under the name of the youth group. The group leader will need to create a user profile for the youth group if one is not already created and note 'C/O (Leader's Name)' within the registration information. The group leader must use "junior” as the division type.

Paper Entry Form: Paper entry forms will only be sent by requests from club leaders to staciepienta@gmail.com and only in special circumstances. Online is the primary and preferred way to enter.  Paper entries need to be returned by July 1!
